Sublimation-compatible glass ashtray | square
Glass ashtray with a square shape, sublimation-compatible. The flat inner surface allows for heat transfer through a flat press.
Glass with polymer coating applied on the inside. Customization is done with a flat heat press, following the specifications for glass. The flat inner surface allows for even imprinting.

Sublimation parameters
Values tested by Green Print for this type of product. It is recommended to test 1-2 pieces before production, adjusting the time by 10-15 seconds as needed.
- Glass does NOT require mirror printing - the image is visible through transparency
- Preheat the surface for 5-10 seconds
- Handle with care - glass is more fragile than ceramic
- Use Teflon sheet for protection
- Let it cool naturally - thermal shock can cause cracks
