  • Orders received by 13:00 → shipped the same day

  • Orders received between 13:00 – 15:00 → shipped the same day, except during busy periods

  • Orders received after 15:00 → shipped the same day or the next business day

Free shipping

  • Orders with a value of over 500 lei (VAT included) benefit from free shipping in Romania, regardless of the payment method

  • Free shipping is available only for locations where Fan Courier or DPD make deliveries
