Green Print is the main importer and supplier of blank materials for sublimation and customization in Romania, active since 2013.
You can place an order directly on the website, by email (comenzi@green-print.ro), or by phone at 0728350300 (between 09:30 and 16:30).
For orders placed before 15:00, the order will arrive the next day. For orders placed after 15:00, the order may be delayed by one more day.
When the order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing all the necessary information. There you will also find the AWB number and the link where you can track the shipment step by step.
Payment by card, bank transfer, or cash on delivery to the courier. Follow the instructions on the order completion page.
You can choose between DPD or Fan Courier for parcels. If the order is large, we can use Pallex for pallets.
Place your order and you can pick it up within 2-3 hours after placing it, as long as you are within the pickup schedule 09:30 - 16:30 (Monday - Friday).

You can find the invoice in the email you used to register or in your customer account under the Order History section.
You can send us a message via chat directly on the page or contact us by phone or on Whatsapp at 0728350300 to speak with one of our operators. Then, the products must be brought to our office or sent by courier. You can easily create an AWB directly on our returns platform.
You can send us some photos by email or on Whatsapp at 0728350300 and briefly explain the situation, and our support colleagues will find the best solution to resolve the unpleasant issue.
