How to personalize, step by step

1Remove the flag-shaped plate and peel off the protective plastic film. If it remains on the plate, the transfer will not take place.

2Insert only the plate into the press and print. Never insert the pin with the metal fastening into the press.

3After cooling, attach the plate to the front of the pin, using the adhesive already applied on the back.

No sublimation press? The area where the plate is attached can be engraved directly, or you can contour-cut a photograph printed on thicker glossy paper and attach it instead of the plate. The plates can also be printed by UV printing.

Sublimation parameters

Values tested by Green Print for this type of product. A test on 1-2 pieces is recommended before production, adjusting the time by 10-15 seconds as needed.

💡 Practical tips

Remove the protective film from the plate before pressing
Print on the white side, with the sublimation coating
Use Teflon sheet or protective paper over the transfer sheet
Allow the plates to cool naturally before bonding
Extend the design slightly beyond the outline, so that no white edges remain on the waves

For flags, extend the colors slightly beyond the outline of the flag in the print file, so that no white edges remain on the wavy area. The pin sells very well during national holidays and at matches, when demand comes in large volumes.
