Sublimation parameters
Values tested by Green Print for this product type. A test on 1-2 pieces is recommended before production, adjusting the time by 10-15 seconds as needed.
- Preheat the surface for 5-10 seconds
- Use Teflon sheet for protection
- Let it cool naturally - thermal shock can cause cracks
- Fix the paper with heat-resistant tape
- Print on the surface coated with sublimation lacquer
