Velvet-surfaced film with adhesive polyester backing, for printing on common textile materials.
The film consists of a very thin PVC layer, over which a velvet layer is applied.
Meets the Oeko-Tex Standard 100 toxicity standard, class III, for articles not in direct contact with the skin.
The film is cut in mirror image, and heat transfer is done using its own backing.
- transfer temperature: 160° C;
- transfer time: 15-20 seconds;
- pressure: medium;
- washing temperature: maximum 60° C.
The backing is removed after cooling.
Available in 19 colors and supplied in rolls with widths of 50 cm and lengths of 25 m, sold by the meter.
Note: Due to the wide variety of textile materials available on the market, it is necessary to test the compatibility between the film and the material intended for printing beforehand. Transfer temperatures and times are indicative, based on our tests and practical experience. For optimal application, it is recommended to pre-press the material to be printed.
RECOMMENDATION
For printing on textile materials made of cotton, polyester, polyester-cotton blends, and most synthetic materials (except nylon).
