You can place an order directly on the website, by email (comenzi@green-print.ro), or by phone at 0728350300 (between 09:30 and 16:30)
For orders placed before 14:00, the order will arrive the next day. For orders placed after 14:00, the order may be delayed by one more day.
When the order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing all the necessary information. There you will also find the AWB number and the link where you can track the shipment step by step.
Payment by card, bank transfer, or cash on delivery to the courier. Follow the instructions on the order completion page.
You can send us an email at X where you can write which products you wish to return, or you can contact us by phone or on Whatsapp at 0728350300 to speak with one of our operators. Then, the products must be brought to our office or sent by courier through our returns platform.
Place your order and you can pick it up 2-3 hours after placing it, as long as you come during the pickup schedule 09:30 - 16:30 (Monday - Friday).
